We track all passenger flights in real-time. If your flight lands early or is delayed, our driver will adjust their schedule accordingly at no extra cost. Your slot is guaranteed.

Where exactly do I meet my driver?

After passing through customs and security, exit into the airport arrival hall. Look for the designated driver meeting area, where our driver will be holding a paper sign displaying your name.

Are there any hidden fees or waiting charges?

No, our prices are completely transparent. They include vehicle hire, airport parking fees, fuel, and the driver. Please note that highway toll fees are not included—they are around IDR 15,000 and can be paid directly in cash to the driver. We include up to 1 hour of free waiting time after your flight landing.

How do I pay for the transfer? Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, a minimum 50% advance payment (deposit) is required to secure your booking. You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal (we will send you a payment link). The remaining balance can be paid in cash (IDR - Indonesian Rupiah) directly to the driver upon arriving at your destination.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

All airport transfer rates listed are flat-rates per vehicle, not per person. The price remains the same regardless of how many passengers are in your group, up to the vehicle's capacity limit.

What is your cancellation policy? Can I change my booking?

We offer a 3-tier cancellation policy. Cancellations 72+ hours before pickup (H-72) receive a full refund. Cancellations between H-48 and H-72 receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. You can modify your booking details free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — just message our support team on WhatsApp.
