A 10-12 hour charter works best with 3 to 4 major stops. This allows you to explore waterfalls or temples at your own pace without rushing.

Step 03

Factor in Traffic

Bali traffic can be slow and unpredictable. Allow 1–2 hours of travel time between distant points. Your driver knows the best shortcuts.

Step 04

Flexible Adjustments

You are in control. If you love a location, you can stay longer. If you are tired, tell your driver to skip a stop and head back to your hotel.

What is included in the private driver charter rates?

Our rates are flat and fully inclusive of clean, air-conditioned vehicle hire (Avanza, Innova, or HiAce), professional English-speaking driver, fuel (petrol), and basic hotel pick-up/drop-off. Parking fees and highway tolls (around IDR 15,000) are excluded and can be paid directly in cash to the driver.

Are there any area surcharges for remote zones in North or East Bali?

Yes. Standard package rates apply to South Bali coastal areas. Surcharges of IDR 150,000 apply for Canggu and Ubud, IDR 400,000 for North Bali destinations (such as Lovina, Munduk, Bedugul, and Sekumpul), and IDR 500,000 for remote zones (including the Amed coast, Lempuyang Temple, Gilimanuk Harbour, and Pemuteran).

What is the maximum duration for a full-day driver charter?

Standard full-day charters last 10 to 12 hours, while half-day charters last 6 hours. If you go over the limit, you can coordinate extra hours directly with your driver for an hourly rate of IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 (depending on the vehicle class), paid in cash directly to the driver at your destination.

Can we customize the itinerary stops on the day of the trip?

Yes, absolutely! Our charter services are completely private and custom-tailored to your pace. You can change your destinations or stops on the go, as long as they are within the same regional zone.

What is your cancellation and date change policy?

We offer a 3-tier cancellation policy: cancellations made 72+ hours before (H-72) receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before (H-48) receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. You can modify your travel dates or pickup times free of charge up to 24 hours prior. Just message our support team on WhatsApp.
