What is included in the flat rate pricing?
Our rates are transparent for the services described. For airport transfers, this includes private vehicle rental, fuel, airport parking, driver services, and luggage assistance (highway toll fees are excluded, which are around IDR 15,000 and can be paid cash to the driver). For hourly driver hires and day tours, it covers vehicle rental, fuel, passenger insurance, and basic parking fees. Attraction entry tickets, highway tolls, meals, and optional driver tips are excluded.
How do I pay for my booking?
To secure your booking, a minimum 50% deposit (advance payment) is required. You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal (we will provide a payment link). The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Indonesian Rupiah IDR) directly to your driver at the end of the journey.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. We offer a 3-tier cancellation policy: cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time (H-72) receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before (H-48) receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. You can modify your transport bookings or change travel dates free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Do you provide baby car seats or child safety equipment?
Yes. The safety of your family is our top priority. We can provide standard clean baby car seats and toddler booster seats upon request for a small daily fee. Please coordinate and request child seats when booking so that your driver can install them securely in the vehicle prior to your pickup.
What vehicle types are available for larger groups?
Our standard private vehicle is a comfortable, modern Standard 7 Seater (Toyota Avanza or similar), which comfortably seats up to 7 guests. For enhanced comfort, we offer the Comfort 7 Seater (Toyota Innova Reborn). For larger families or groups, we offer spacious 12-to-15-seater Group Tour HiAce minibuses. Custom fleet arrangements for events and weddings can also be arranged.
