🛡️ 3-Tier Cancellation Policy

H-72

72+ Hours Before Service: Full Refund

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time receive a 100% refund of your advance deposit.

H-48

48 to 72 Hours Before Service: 50% Refund

Cancellations made between 48 hours and 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time receive a 50% refund of your advance deposit.

H-00

Within 48 Hours: No Refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable.

1. Booking & Payments

A minimum 50% deposit (advance payment) is required to secure any booking. Payments can be processed via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance must be paid in cash (IDR preferred) directly to your driver or guide at your destination or on the day of service.

2. Route Changes & Schedule Modifications

Route changes and schedule modifications (such as changing travel dates, pickup times, itinerary steps, or hotel destinations) are free and flexible, but you must inform our support team at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Modifications requested within 24 hours are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

All standard transport bookings include private air-conditioned vehicle hire, driver services, petrol (gasoline), and standard airport parking fees. Toll road charges (typically IDR 15,000) and entrance tickets to tourist sights are excluded unless explicitly specified in your tour description.

4. Flight Delays & Waiting Times

We monitor flight statuses in real-time. In the event of a flight delay, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly with no extra fee. We include up to 1 hour of free waiting time starting from your flight's actual landing time.

5. Luggage Limits

Guests must adhere to the luggage limits specified for each vehicle class. Great Rides Bali is not responsible for transportation failures or delays if the volume of passenger luggage exceeds the vehicle's safe cargo capacity.
